I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-

1. That my Clients No. 1,2 and 5 were appointed on 03.02.1992, Client No-3 and 4 on
05.02.1992, No-6 on 01.04.1992, No-7 on 25.05.1992, No-8 on 09.08.1992, No-10 on
17.08.1992, No-10 on 13.04.1992, No-11 on 06.03.1993, No-12 on 07.03.1993 and
No – 13,14,15 & 16 on 08.03.1993, all as an Assistant Extension Officer in different
Offices in Bangladesh, from the date of joining they have been working in BSCIC
with utmost sincerity and reputation. There were no allegations against their
performance from the part of BSCIC or any other quarter.

2. That my clients did their duty diligently, regularly and wit utmost punctuality and
sincerity, and with full devotion by doing their job vested upon them by their superior
authorities, law and service rules.

3. That clients were absorbed and regularized in the “Revenue Scale” vide office order
(Head Office , BSCIC) No- 531/2013, dated 27.11.2013 and 134/2018, dated
 18.02.2018 respectively. All the employees written above are completed above 15
years of their services.

4. That according to the S.R.O No-355-L/85/MF/FD(imp)-1/MNS-17/85/79, dated

05.08.1985 under provision of paragraph No-8(1), all of them are entitled and
eligible “TIME SCALE” after completion of eight, Twelve and Fifteen years of
services in a post on satisfactory service records.

5. That all of them got “1st TIME SCALE” vide office order No-519/2018, dated
19.07.2018 and “” 2nd TIME SCALE” vide office order No-234/2018, date
25.03.2018.

6. That all of them are completed more than 15 years of their services but they did not
get “ 3rd TIME SCALE” yet. It is mentioned that some fellow colleagues name Mr.
Mahbub ullah and others 53 persons got” 3rd TIME SCALE” vide office order
221/2011 dated 13.04.2011 which is approved in the Board meeting No 646 dated
06.04.2011.

7. That you did not provide the “3rd TIME SCALE” to the clients name written above.

So, I, therefore, call upon you through this legal notice, to make the same, under
intimation to me, within the period of 7 days, failing which my clients have given clear
instructions to me to file legal action for recovery in the competent court of law and in
that event you will be fully responsible for all costs, risk, responsibilities, expenses and
consequences thereof. Please note well. A copy of this Notice is kept in our office for
record and further necessary action and you are also advised to keep the copy safe as you
would be asked to produce in the court.
