A6M tape is available in standard thickness of 5 mil (Laminate to Fired) 14.3%
(127 μm) and 10 mil (254 μm) in 8 inch (20 cm) or Fired Density: > 2.45 g/cm

Flexural Strength (3 pt. bend): 170 MPa
Ferro A6M LTCC tape is also available in custom Young’s Modulus: 92 GPa
widths and thicknesses as well as blanks to

Dielectric Constant (1-100GHz)*: 5.9
The A6M system is Pb and Cd free and co-fireable
in air with specially matched Au or Au-Ag mixed Dissipation Factor (1-100GHz)*: < 0.2 %
metal system. Bulk Resistivity: > 10 /cm

Electrolytic Leakage Current: < 1μA/c

Inner Conductor: CN30-025JH, Co-Fire Lamination: Iso-static 3000 psi (21MPa) @70°C for
10 minutes.
Via Fill: CN30-078, Co-Fire
Surface Conductors: Furnace Type: Box (preferred) or Belt Furnace with
Wire Bondable: CN30-080, Co-Fire controlled air-flow capability.
Solderable: CN36-020, Co-Fire
Solderable: FX31-014/FX31-017, Post-Fire Burnout: Room Temp to 450°C @ ≤ 2°C/min, hold
Aluminum Wire Bondable: 3068, Post-Fire at peak for 2 hours.
Brazable High Temp:
Adhesion Layer: CN30-025JH, Co-Fire Firing: 450°C to 850°C @ 6-8°C/min, Hold at peak
Au/Ge Solder: 4007, Post-Fire temperature for 10 - 15 mins.
Brazable Low Temp:
Adhesion Layer: CN30-065, Post-Fire Airflow: 100 SCFM
Bi/Sn Solder: CN30-079, Post-Fire
Setters: Fused quartz for typical applications or
