Plaridel, Misamis Occidental, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for and in my name, place
and stead and for my own use and benefit to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

To process and transact business with the Registry of Deeds and/or other government
agencies to cancel the annotation of a Real Estate Mortgage, per Entry No. 8972 as recorded on
December 15, 2009 in the Registry of Deeds for Misamis Occidental, over a parcel of land covered
by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-33440; and

To sign and execute any and all documents pertaining to the special power herein conferred.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do personally present,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue thereof.
