TO MEASURE THE LEVEL OF AWARENESS OF THE BENEFICIARIES:

Q: What does the 4Ps stands for? Or what does it mean?

Q: What do you think about 4Ps program?

Q: Are you aware of the objective of the program? If yes, then what are

those?

Q: Do you attend every meeting of 4Ps beneficiaries in your barangay?

If YES, what do the meeting usually talks about?

If NO, why don’t you attend in the meeting? Is there something holds

you to not attend in the meeting? Do your children become one of

your problem?

Q: What time do you usually attend the meeting? Before it starts? Or Late?

If BEFORE IT STARTS, what made you attend the meeting on exact

time?

If LATE, what causes you to be late? Do your children become one of

your problem?

Q: During meeting, do you also bring your young children with you?

Q: For you, what does the cash grants you’re receiving every month from

4Ps are for?

ALONG WITH THE CASH GRANTS:

Q: Is your monthly income, cash grants not counted, enough to sustain your

family needs?

Q: Is the cash grants you’ve received every month help you lessen your

expenses? How? Where do you usually expend it to?

Q: Before the release of the cash grants, what expenses do you check first in

order to pay for it after the release?

Q: After receiving the cash grants right after the release, what exactly come

to your mind after the cash grants are in your hands?

Q: Is the cash grants able to meet your needs, especially in terms of food and

students’ needs?

If YES, how do you manage to meet your needs?

If NO, why? How come it doesn’t meet your needs? Where do you get

extra money from to sustain?

Q: What do you prioritize first in expending your money? Why?
