Duties and Responsibilities:
 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of piping fabrication and erection related works at
site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
 Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools,
etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. 
 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis
or as required.
 Project execution plan for ASME B31.1 & ASME B31.3 utility piping fabrication & Erection.
 Preparation of Invoices and getting approvals.

  To study P&ID, GAD & ISO drawings.
 Fit-up and Weld Visual inspection.
 Fabrication and erection of spools peace according to Isometric Drawings.
 Follow up with Civil / Equipment Group for front generation.
 Follow up with Shop Coordinator for Spools required for erection.
 Spool Erection, Line Supporting and all other piping related works.
 Preparation of Isometric Drawing as per site modification.
 Task allocation, distribution and coordination among contractors.
 Checks punch listing, hydro testing, flushing, painting and insulation etc.
 Visual inspection of piping, steel structure and pipeline activities.
 Loop test pack Mechanical Clearance and Hydro Testing.
 Piping spool peace fabrication and all activities related to piping work with co-ordination of HSE team to full-fill
the HSE requirement.
 Discuss with Client as well as with Project Management Consultant & Vendors about the technical issues in the
project.
 Mechanical Clearance of the systems, hydro testing / Box up & System Clearance.
 Making daily, weekly and monthly plan for achieving target.
 Making daily progress report.
