have the relevant qualification and completed my Bachelor of Science in Building Science,
from Auburn University.

In my career as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Estimator, I have

completely led the projects with as many as 150 people working directly under my
leadership. Extensive project management experience working on three projects of over
$100 Million dollars each including two high-rise projects in downtown Birmingham, AL.

I have overseen property construction of a high-profile Townhouse Project located in

downtown Memphis, TN. Collaborate with owner, architects and site management to
complete all plan changes as well as future resident added amenities and finish selections.
Manage all contractor and subcontractor contracts and coordination throughout the project.
• Handles all project accounting and scheduling.
• Manages design changes and budget impact due to design change requirements.
