Projects:
3rd Track Design - MTA
Senior Project Manager/Engineer for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) $1.9 billion
contract for the utility design and relocation of a third track on the Long Island Rail Road’s Main
Line from Floral Park to Hicksville. Projects includes grading, drainage, utility relocation, water main
design, pavement improvements, construction specifications, cost estimates, and scheduling.

Quality of Life Outdoor Improvements for NYCHA/DASNY
Senior Project Manager/Engineer for the civil engineering design, construction oversight and
architectural manager of multiple indoor/outdoor site improvements in the Bronx and Manhattan with
a total construction budget of over five million dollars. Projects includesgrading, drainage, utility
relocation, water main design, pavement improvements, construction specifications, cost estimates,
and scheduling. Provide project management and oversight for the architectural improvements
including kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC, plumbing and electrical for multiple community centers.
Principal, 11/11-6/13
The Lorac Group, Greenwich, CT
• Contracted to manage daily operations for a Construction Company in New Rochelle, NY
specializing in commercial, residential, concrete, paving, drainage and sewer installation.
Supervise team of 3-10 on job sites.
• Oversee all project phases from initial client contact and presentation through conceptual work
plan, review contract obligations, blue prints, specifications, special conditions, milestones,
estimating, scheduling, submittals, shop drawings, work permits, coordinated drawings, lead items,
budget development, site safety plans, interface with all members of design team and work closely
with management, consultants, vendors, and tradespeople, union and non-union.

• Honda Dealership
• Veterinary Hospital and Office (12,000 sf).
• Horse Farm Paddocks, stable and washing station.
• Warehouse extension and interior renovation (10,000 sf).
PRINCIPAL, 1/05-8/08

• Principal for the designs and builds of multiple 4,500 – 10,000 s.f. Multi-million-dollar homes in
Old Greenwich, CT. completed the design of homes, zoning, permitting, variances, and
construction manager of projects. Overseeing master carpenters, journeymen, drywall hangers,
foundation and general labor personnel through to final inspections. Property Management for
homes built and for private clients.
• Principal for the design of several interior restorations of luxury homes and condominiums in
Stamford, CT and Greenwich, CT. Completed design of homes and condominiums, zoning,
permitting, and construction manager of project. Overseeing all subcontractors through to final
inspections.
• Collaborate with Vescom Systems to develop 1.2-million sf entertainment and residential
destination in Westchester County. Guiding the growth and training of CAD department for the
entire company. CAD drafting, sections, details and structural layouts.
• Contracted to provide engineering services to a large engineering firm in White Plains, NY.
Responsibilities include road design, subdivisions, grading, drainage, profile, cross-sections and
utility design and coordination with other offices. Provide AutoCAD training for the growth of
CAD department for the entire company.
• Contracted to provide engineering services for HDR/LMS in Pearl River, NY. Responsibilities
include subdivisions, commercial and residential development, grading, drainage, profile, and
utility design and coordination with other offices.
