01. GENSET SPECIFICATION:

Dual Dragon Brand Electric Power Generating set with the following specification:

● Terminal voltage 400/230 (Three Phase)

● Frequency 50 Hz
● Insulation Class H
● Protection level IP 23
● Power factor 0.8
● 1500 rpm

This Gen-set based on a frame with a 5 mm thick welded steel plate, coated with phosphate primer
and finishing paint. Corrosion resistance is guaranteed by virtue of the ASTM B-117-57 T,
withstanding over 500 hours in the mist chamber. The following things are included with this model:

● Emergency Stop
● Electronic engine management
● Engine heating system
● Electronic battery charger
● Lead acid battery and isolator switch
● Fuel tank built into the base frame with fuel level gauge in control panel
● Oil sump pump
● Shock absorbers on engine block/frame
● Highly robust lifting frame.

(i) ENGINE: World Renowned Dual Dragon; CHINA 1500 rpm, Four (4) cylinders diesel
engine water-cooled with radiator. With adequate intake air filtration and a moisture
separation for the fuel supply. Electronic Engine Management maintains engine
regulation. Other technical details are in attached catalogues.

(ii) ALTERNATOR: COPY STAMFORD, CHINA Alternator with 50 Hz frequency, brush

less, with AVR electronic voltage regulation to guarantee stable voltage between +/-1.0 %
and optionally up to +/-0.5%.

04. PAYMENTS TERM: 100% confirmed with Work Order in favor of JSM ENTERPRICE
COMPANY.
05. DELIVERY: 02-03 Days from the date of Confirmed work order, Delivery charge will be
added.
06. WARRANTY: Genset are warranty for a period of 12 months or 1500 hours whichever
earlier from the date of initial startup, which occurs first. Daily usage consumption parts (i.e.
filters) are not under warranty coverage

07. AFTER SALES SERVICE & SPARE PARTS: We are maintaining sufficient stock of
spare parts to meet regular demands of our valued clients. After completion of our principal
warranty for 12 months, we extend our support for servicing on the generating sets at
nominal charge against service agreement with the customers, our service engineers are
always kept ready with mobile van and phone to attend emergency services to ensure
uninterrupted power supply of the gen-set.

11. INSTALLATIONS & COMMISSIONING:

i. All civil works including foundation ((Foundation drawing will be supplied by
JSM)
ii. Electric cable from and into the generator to panel and panel to distribution
board.
iii. Fabrication of exhaust line if any.
iv. Manual labor.
