AFFIDAVIT

I, GENARO G. GUIRITAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to Norma N. Guiritan and

a resident of Danao, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the vendor of Lot 3129-A, Psd-07-110521, with an area of Six Hundred
(600) square meters, more or less, situated in Danao, Panglao, Bohol in favor of ROMEO I.
GUIRITAN, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Danao, Panglao, Bohol,
Philippines;

2. That Lot 3129-A, Psd-07-110521, with an area of Six Hundred (600) square
meters, more or less, situated in Danao, Panglao, Bohol is a portion of Lot No. 3129, Cad.
705-D, Case No. 5 covered under Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 88999 of the Registry
of Deeds for the Province of Bohol;

3. That Lot No. 3129, Cad. 705-D, situated in Danao, Panglao, Bohol covered under
Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 88999 has an existing improvement thereon consisting
of a residential building covered under Tax Declaration No. _______________;

4. That the said residential building is located outside of the sold portion of land
designated Lot 3129-A, Psd-07-110521, with an area of Six Hundred (600) square meters,
more or less;

5. That by virtue of this instrument, I hereby attest and certify that the residential
building is not included in the sale of a portion of land designated as Lot 3129-A, Psd-07-
110521;

6. That I execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
