    PLUMBING/SANITARY/FIRE PROTECTION MATERIALS

    Gentlemen,

    We would like to inform your good office, that as of this date we have lot of material approval pending
    due to lack of additional documents (see attached file list). We constantly coordinated this to your
    personnel assigned on site even to your Engineering Department but as of to-date we haven’t receive any
    clear response to your end.

    We insist that you have to submit completely the required documents not later than 12 July, 2018, so as
    not to disrupt the incoming full blast operation of the project.
    We expect your immediate action on this matter.
