PURPOSE: ​Demand planning for Ref/ washer KEY STAKEHOLDERS

Internal ➢ Sales &

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
teams
● To drive projects in supply chain (planning) requiring working on ➢ Plant teams
o S&OP process ➢ SCM verticals
o Demand planning, Production & Distribution planning, Material planning ➢ IT teams
processes
Externa ➢ Consultancy
o Demand planning methodology, Analysis of variation and Safety stocks
l firms
o Capacity, line balancing
o Supply chain metrics
● Working with cross functional teams to identify and implement Reports to: ​GM Planning
o opportunities in planning and logistics
o IT enablement Direct Reports- NA
o Supply Network optimisation
● Driving change management for these projects Dotted Reports (if any)- NA
● Take over a role as supply planner / logistics manager / customer service manager
in 12 months

Preferred   Preferred Candidate from FMCG/
CERTIFICATIONS INDUSTRY

manufacturing background

FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOURAL
● Good in analytics and excel ● E​ xcellent Analytical skills
knowledge ● Sound communication skills
