Plan containing outcomes of consultation

In order to ensure that the WHSMS and its accompanying documentation will meet the needs and
expectations of all Pitstop employees across Victoria, NSW and Queensland, you are piloting your
WHSMS implementation in the Wollongong, NSW service station. Pitstop Wollongong is the service
station with the most WHS incidents to-date, with a representative workforce of relatively new
employees and with only a few long-serving staff.

Pitstop workplace current (pre-WHSMS) operations

Store activities list the following activities are carried out at Pitstop.

and implemented on demand.

Consultation

The consultation between Pitstop Pty Ltd and its employees is an integral part of effective workplace
health and safety management. Pitstop Pty Ltd advises its employees to engage in decision making
regarding their work. Work on safety and systems designed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of
employees. Employee engagement at all levels is important for ensuring a safe workplace.

Pitstop Pty Ltd is confident that it is sharing information related to health, safety and welfare with
employees. To provide employees with the opportunity to express their views and participate in timely
resolution of health, safety and welfare issues in the workplace. And the views of employees are valued
and taken into account.

The primary means of consultation is the Health and Safety Representative (HSR's) established under
the Health and Safety at Work Act.
