Recruitment Process in Spade EMS-


INTERNSHIP APPLICATION-
In the Spade EMS Internship Journey is started with the Filling of Internship application. When
you apply for a Internship on the webpage of Spade EMS, you will be asked to fill the internship
application form according to your interest Workday. Information regarding the Internship
Opportunity you can got through the Website Of Spade EMS, LinkedIn Page of the Company or
may be through Employee Referral. The Main aim of the Recruitment process is inviting more
and more candidates to apply for the vacant post. So, that Company will select the Suitable
candidates through next Selection Process Further.

Selection Process in Spade EMS-


Interview- The Selection process In the Spade EMS is Started with Telephonic or May be Video
Interview. After Shortlisting the Various Internship Application. The Interview Round Comprises
of Various question Related to your Field, Domain, about the candidates etc.

Round- 2- After the Clearance In 1st Round of Interview, Candidate will have to Pass this 2nd
Round in interview. Which Comprises of mainly two task.

2 TASK- In this 2 task, candidate have to complete the the task given in the Excel Sheet. This task
is Related to Candidate Interest Field for which he/she has Applied. This task should be completed
on given deadline.

Start date of Internship- If The Candidate have passed Both Round of interview Sucessfully.
Then he/she can start the internship from the date given by Spade EMS.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN TATA STEEL-
CAMPUS RECRUITMENT- TATA Steel Mainly Hire Internship Application through by visiting
various institution Campus. Mainly they visited Top Institution in India, from they hire interns.

INTERNSHIP APPLICATION – In TATA Steel Internship journey starts with the application.
When you apply for a job on our webpage, you will be asked to create an account to our
personal system Workday. In your Workday account you can check the progress of our
application during the recruitment process.

SELECTION PROCESS IN TATA STEEL-


1. Online Test: An online test is conducted on AMCAT platform. It consists of four
sections namely Verbal Ability Test, Logical Reasoning Test, Quantitative Aptitude
and Technical Questions related to your engineering field or other field. The
aptitude part is not so difficult but the tech questions are tough.
2. Group Discussion: After the results of online test, the shortlisted candidates are
called for a group discussion.
3. Personal Interviews: After shortlisting candidates from GD, they face personal
interviews. The personal interview consists of technical as well as HR questions.

CONCLUSION- on Comparison of Recruitment and Selection Process of TATA Steel and Spade
EMS, We can say that The Recruitment and selection process of TATA steel has wide approach
in relation to at Spade EMS. Like in TATA Steel, the Selection Process comprises of Online Test,
GD, and Personal Interview etc.
