"Will vs going to"

I) Talk about will.

Going to is used with predictions. When you are making a decision use will;
use going to after the decision has been made. We sometimes also use the
present continuous for planned events in the near future. When we want to
talk about future facts or things we believe to be true about the future, we
use will.

II) Give 5 sentences with will.

 I will go to the cinema tonight.

 He will play tennis tomorrow.
 She will be happy with her exam results.
 They will take the bus to the South next week.

III) Talk about going to.

Going to is one of them and is used to talk about something that we know will
happen in the future, which are plans or intentions. Also when talking about
something that has already been decided to do.

IV) Give 5 sentences with going to.

 I'm going to make myself a sandwich and get back to work. ...

 He was going to call the doctor. ...
 I am going to find such a way if I can. ...
 What time are we going to leave tomorrow? ...
 We're going out for breakfast.

V) Explain the difference between (will and going to).

“Will” is used in the simple future tense where the decision is immediate;
whereas the “going to” form is a separate form which is not used for the simple
future tense. ... It is used to express what we think might happen in the future
and when we decide at the time of speaking that something has to be done in
the future.
