Thank you much for visiting CosmicTruth's e Juice Flavor Adjustment Calculator.

Use my calculator to adjust, increase, decrease and even blend the flavors in your e juice recipes or mixes!

Feel free to share this link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GGL4QOwrFW56ig-8yKqLFPTW5WMOHq7n8MJVkQJSr_Y/edit?usp=sharing

If you're testing a recipe and want to increase or decrease all the flavors proportionately use the "Flavor proportional adjustment" calculator.
Input the percents of each flavor, and the total percent is calculated. Next enter the desired total percent and it calculates all the new percents to enter
for the individual flavors in your recipe. Thanks Lars for adding this function on http://e-liquid-recipes.com!

The second calculator on the sheet is "Unflavored add to mix down" and can be used to dilute a recipe when the flavors are too strong.
EXAMPLE: If my test batch is too strong in flavor, I tare an empty bottle, then tare my half used test batch bottle so I know the volume of the test batch,
I then enter that volume in grams and the current % of flavor, I can then set the cell to the right to the desired flavor %.
The sheet then calculates the volume in grams to add of unflavored base (PG+VG+NIC) to dilute the batch to your desired flavor % strength.
You need to have unflavored base at the same nicotine level and PG VG ratio as your test batch to add to dilute your test batch.
If you enter ML instead of grams, total ML will be calculated.

The 3rd calculator "Flavor Add to Mix Up" will calculate a volume of flavor to add to a weak batch to raise it to a desired %, it only calculates a single flavor.
It will give an approximation of how much flavor to add to a single flavor juice, or a single flavor in a mixed recipe in your bottle.
If you enter ML instead of grams, total ML will be calculated.

Note these calculations are only approximate, and they do not take into consideration the specific gravity of your flavors.

The "Recipe Blender" on the Combine2 tab can be used to combine 2 different recipes into a single recipe in a controlled way. Imagine you
have made a great cheesecake recipe and a great strawberry recipe and you found by experimentation that they taste great when you
added 1 gram of the strawberry recipe to 2 grams of the cheesecake recipe. Just input the 2 recipes into the calculator and be sure if there is a
common flavor to both recipes they are entered on the same line.
Enter the volume in grams at the top of the sheet for the weight of each of the recipes, the calculator will calculate the percentages for all the
flavors and will display them on the right side of the sheet. You can then enter the new percentages into a new recipe at E Liquid Recipes (ELR)
click here for E Liquid Recipes or ELR link

Also there is a tab for Combining e juice volumes with differing PG/VG and nicotine levels, the calculator shows the combined results and volume.

You can Interpolate between stronger/weaker suggested flavor percents and calculate the new interpolated flavor percent for in your recipe.

The NicLevel tab will allow you to calculate what nicotine dose you were using as a smoker, and calculate what your e-liquid strength
should be, and what your actual daily dosage is.

Click the tabs below to adjust, combine and recalculate your recipes!

note: I think the above are the actual MG of nicotine that can be extracted from a cigarette, not the MG absorbed when a cigarette is smoked.

Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2953858/
An average tobacco rod contains 10–14 mg of nicotine (Kozlowski et al. 1998), and on average about 1–1.5 mg of nicotine is absorbed systemically during smoking (Benowitz and Jacob 1984).
note: Based on the above research, a rod might be the tobacco cylinder that composes 1 (one) cigarette, less the filter and paper.

Calculated usage: volumes light 1mg (per unit) regular 1.5mg (per unit) Input Calculation
I used to smoke 2 Packs per day so was consuming 40.00 to 60.00 MG Nicotine Daily, depending on the cigarette strength.
Target Vaporiser usage:
I vape 3 ML E-liquid Daily So the strength 13.33 to 20.00 MG/ML may deliver the right nicotine daily dosage

Actual usage:
Today I vaped 3 ML of 9 MG e-liquid so I actually consumed 27.00 MG of nicotine today

note: I think the above are the actual MG of nicotine that can be extracted from a cigarette, not the MG absorbed when a cigarette is smoked.
And the same holds true with MG/ML of e-liquid, although e-juice may contain a set amount of nicotine, less than that level is actually absorbed.
