Bearing Technoroll rollers are fitted with single row deep groove ball bearings, 22 shielded type, C3 or C4 internal clearance. We have selected these bearings because they give up to ten minutes angular deflection in their operation, coupled with even load distribution within each bearing race. This technology uses an extruded rubber strip or ribbon spirally wrap around the pulley by machine. Traverse or progression of the build is accomplished by either advancing the workpiece or the extruder. Rubber is ‘accumulated by sequential wrap of an extruded rubber ribbon around the pulley. The rubber strip is pressed against the pulley by adjustable hydraulic arm come with rollers to act as stitcher. Xtrusion-Lag is applied continuously onto pulley surface.
