Re: Quotation proposal for 5 ton capacity Overhead Crane

Dear Mr Arturo ,

We wish to quote for the supply and installation of 4 unit Double Girder with 5 ton capacity cable
hoist.

The materials and job descriptions are as follows:

A.) Drive Motor

 5 ton capacity Cheng Day Cable Hoist ( Cheng Day - Taiwan )
220v, 3 phase
crab type
Or

 5 ton capacity Hitachi Cable Hoist ( Hitachi - Japan )

220v, 3 phase
crab type

B.) End Truck

 End Truck Girder : 1 pair 5 ton Capacity End Truck ( Cheng day or Hitachi )
Saddle type
Soft start / soft stop

C.) Girder - Fabrication and engineering of 1 pair 23m double girder including
cutting, welding and complete assembly.

 Bridge Electrification System – busbar with complete accessories including

current collector, tensioners, holders.
 D.) Runway & Railings

 Railings – Installation of rails for both sides – 72 meters ( each side ) x 2 = 144m
 Corbels – Installation of corbels for runway
 Runway Electrification System – busbar with complete accessories including
current collector, tensioners , holders
 Stiffener – use of stiffeners for added support

E.) Labor, Delivery and Installation

 Mobilization and Demobilization
 Assembly/Installation of girder
 Installation of Saddle
 Installation of electrical and power cables
 Circuit breaker

CONTRACT PRICE:

Hitachi cable hoist - Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,700,000.00) per unit

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% downpayment upon approval of quotation

20% progress billing
20% progress billing
10% progress billing

JOB COMPLETION : ninety (90) working days for 4 units

OWNER’S ACCOUNT:

1. Rooms for safekeeping

2. Electrical power required for operating tools and equipment during installation, testing and
adjustments
3. Government Permits, etc.
4. All other works related to building construction.
Testing, commissioning and inspection shall be done with owner’s representative prior to acceptance.

This proposal will serve as an irrevocable contract agreement if conformed and will bind us to the
terms and conditions stated above.
