SELECTION OF CONSULTANTS FOR SUPERVISION

CONSULTANT FOR THE WORKS UNDER JAKARTA
SEWERAGE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (ZONE 1)

Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Jakarta Metropolitan, Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya,
Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (hereinafter called the Implementing
Agency) using the Loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) toward the cost of
Supervision Consultant for the works under Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (Zone 1), JICA
Loan No.: IP-581 (hereinafter called the “Project”). In order to employ the consultants for the Project
in accordance with the JICA Guidelines for the Employment of Consultant, the Implementing Agency
now invites consulting firms who are interested in the Project to submit an Expression of Interest
(EOI) for shortlisting. The scope of the Project is as follows:
1. Construction supervision
2. Facilitation of implementation of Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan
3. Technology transfer
4. Assistance in public awareness activity for sewerage service

The estimated inputs of personnel are 387 man-months for international experts and 1,219 man-
months for national experts over the estimated duration of 79 months.

Interested Foreign Firms/Companies encouraged to established a joint operation with Indonesian

company(ies).

The selection process is using electronic procurement system (SPSE). The Firm who is interested in
the Project shall register online on the website under Ministry of Public Works and Housing;
https://spseicb.pu.go.id/eproc-icb/ to acquire ID and password to login to the system. Application
forms can be downloaded on the website started on August 3rd, 2020 at 13.00 Indonesia Western
Time. The completed Application Forms must be uploaded on the website. Uploading deadline is on
September 16th, 2020 at 17.00 Indonesia Western Time.
