RESOLUTION NO.01
Series of 2020
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) FOR THE COMULATIVE CALENDAR
YEAR FROM 2020-2022 OF BARANGAY ESPERANZA, DILASAG, AURORA.
WHEREAS, in compliance with RA 10742 an act Establishing in in the Sangguniang Kabataan
Creating Enabling Mechanism for Meaningful Youth Participation in Nation-Building and for
other purposes or commonly known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform act of 2015.
WHEREAS, as specified in Section 8 Powers and Functions of the Sangguniang Kabataan
paragraph (a) The Sangguniang Kabataan shall in consultation and with theconcurrence of the
KK and within three (3) months from assumption of office.
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall serve as
the basis of the preparation of Sangguniang Kabataan for the Annual Barangay Youth
Development Program (ABYIP).
WHEREAS, after a thorough study of the SK officials the said CBYDP is in order.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan in
session, to approve the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan for 2020-2022 of
Barangay Esperanza, Dilasag, Aurora.
WHEREFORE, on motion os SK Member Reynold Bayading, duly seconded, the foregoing
resolution was unanimously approved.
RESOLVED FURTHERE, to transcribe copies of this resolution and furnish the same to all
concerned for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION NO. 02
Series of 2020
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE SK PROGRAMS, PROJECTS
AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2020.
Presented for consideration is the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan of the Sangguniang
Kabataan for Calendar Year 2020 in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Seven
Hundred Thirty Four Pesos and Eigthen Centavos (Php. 493,734.18)
WHEREAS, pursuant to general guidelines on Barangay Budgeting that ten percent (10%) of
the total General Fund shall be appropriate and administered by the Sangguniang Kabataan. The
amount shall be spent for the purposes provide under Section 1, Article XI of the 2001 SK
Constitution and By-Laws.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Hon. Alberto Engaran and duly seconded by
SK Member Hon. Reynold Bayading be it.
RESOLVED, as it hereby approved to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance to it.
