DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL PARTITION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

This instrument made and executed by and between the following;

GLORIA V. DIZON, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Brgy.

Sto. Nino, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, heir of the late Constancio Dizon;

SISILDA S. ILUSTRE, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Brgy.

Sto. Nino, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, representing the heirs of the late Gliceria
B. Dizon;
LYDIA M. BATIAO, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Brgy.
Sto. Nino, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, representing the heirs of the late Isabel
Manligas;

ABELARDO A. BELOY, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

Brgy. Timba, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, representing the heirs of Natividad C.
Dizon;  

That the parties are the co-owners of that certain parcel of land situated at
Brgy. Timba, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, described as follows;

“A parcel of land located at Brgy. Timba, Malitbog, Southern

Leyte, denominated as Lot No. 2386; under Tax Declaration No.
07-09-0033-00117, with Property Identification No. 045-09-0033-
03-004; declared in the name of Semeon Dizon; with an area of
575. 77 sq.m., more or less; bounded on the N: 2352-A. Atanoza;
E: Seashore; S: 2387- E. Molinia; W: National Road.”

That for the mutual benefits and convenience of the parties therein, the
said parties agree to partition the following property in the following
manner;

TO: GLORIA V. DIZON, heir of the late Constancio Dizon – “It is located
on the southern part thereof denominated as Lot No.2386-A; with an area of
173 sq.m.; bounded on the North- Lot 2386-B; East – Sogod Bay; West-
National Road; South- Lot 2387, Cad 521-D Malitbog, Cadastre .”

TO: SISILDA S. ILUSTRE, representing the heirs of the late Gliceria B.

Dizon – “It is located on the center part thereof denominated as Lot No. 2386-
B; with an area of 173 sq.m.; bounded on the North- Lot 2386-C; East – Sogod
Bay; West- National Road ; South- Lot 2386-A.”

TO: LYDIA M. BATIAO, representing the heirs of the late Isabel Manligas
– “It is located on the center part thereof denominated as Lot No.2386-C; with
an area of 115 sq.m.; bounded on the North- 2386-D; East – Sogod Bay ; West-
National Road; South- Lot 2386-B.”

TO: ABELARDO A. BELOY, representing the heirs of the late Natividad

C. Dizon – “It is located on the northern part thereof denominated as Lot
No.2386-D; with an area of 115 sq.m.; bounded on the North- Lot 2352, Cad
521-D, Malitbog Cadastre; East –Sogod Bay ; West- National Road; South- Lot
2386-C .”
