 Mr. Jose S. Concepcion, Jr., serves as the President of

Concepcion Industries, Inc. Mr. Concepcion serves as the
Chairman of Swift Foods Inc., and served as its Chief
Executive Officer. He served as Secretary of the
Department of Trade and Industry. From 1986 to 1991,
he concurrently held various positions in the government
such as minister of the Department of Trade and
Industry, chairman of the Board of Investments and
member of the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of
the Philippines.

 He has been Chairman of RFM Corp. since April 3, 1997

and serves as Chairman of the Board at RFM Foundation
Incorporated. He serves as the Founding Chairman of the
National Citizens Movement for Free Elections, Special
Resource Person of UCPB CI F Finance Development.

He serves as Director Emeritus of Concepcion Industrial Corporation. He serves as a Non Executive Director at
RFM Corp., and has been Non Executive Director at Swift Foods Inc. since February 26, 2003. He served as a
Director of Philippine National Oil Company. He was a member of the Central Bank Monetary Board from 1986 to
1991. He serves as Vice Chairman for Asia of the Non-Aligned Movement (“NAM”) Business Council, President
for ASEAN Affairs of PCCI. He also held previously the following notable positions: founding organizer in 1975
and president of the ASEAN-CCI in from 2000 to 2001, chairman of ASEAN Business Advisory Council (“ABAC”)
from 2005 to 2006, chairman of the East Asia Business Council (“EABC”) from 2006 to 2007, chairman of
Philippine Township, Inc. from 2005-2009, Mr. Concepcion has also been conferred with the degrees of Doctor of
Humane Letters (Honoris Causa) by De La Salle University, Doctor of Humane Letters (Honoris Causa) by Xavier
University and Doctor of Philosophy in Management by the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation. He has an
Associate's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University and a BS in Agriculture from Araneta
University.

Twins Jose Jr. or “Joecon,” as he has been popularly known, and Raul “Ronnie” Concepcion steered their respective
businesses into market leaderships on par with today’s global players, and while doing so, fought to help reform
society. Joecon was a political detainee in the Martial Law years and helped found Namfrel, the movement for free
elections which became the catalyst of the People Power Revolution; Raul has been at the forefront in the fight for
consumer rights, particularly in oil price hike issues.
