Exercise 1.
Directions: The teacher will present a Zumba dance video. The students need to follow the
Zumba dance video.

Process Questions:
1. How did you feel when you started to dance?
2. What did you feel when it is in the middle of the Zumba dance?
3. After dancing the Zumba video, how’s your body and your heart pulse?
4. What is the effect of dancing to your body?
5. Do you think when you’re in the field of playing a sport or exercising, can you
maintain and cope up the stress and muscle pain while doing it? Why?
Exercise 2.
Directions: Record the EXERCISES that you engaged in which raised my heart rate to AT
LEAST moderate intensity levels and the TIME spent performing these exercises.
