Why- To save time and have an overall less stressful experience when choosing General Education
classes

When- As soon as possible

What- A website that will choose the correct general education courses needed to graduate depending
on your chosen interests

How- To be determined

Overview: I want to create a website that will assist students when choosing their general education
classes. When first entering the website, you will have to choose your major. After that you will be given
a set of questions which will help the website determine your interests. (some examples are Do you
enjoy learning new languages? Or Are you interested in learning law?) The website can even have
teacher preferences. You can even choose the time/schedule you want to have throughout the week.
After all this, if you have any you can enter the courses that you have already done and the website will
generate a couple of different possible options that you can take to complete your general education
clusters and graduate.

Target group: The target group consists of AUA students from all years.

User Problem: Most students have a hard time deciding what classes they want to take and it is a very
important decision. Some don’t have enough time to go through and the description of every class and
decide which one is best for them. Others aren’t even sure what kind of classes are available and in a
few rare cases some don’t know how to correctly complete their clusters and are unable to graduate
after 4 hard years and are forced to study another year(s) and pay for said year(s).

User stories: Never again will you have to face the problems listed above. The website will automatically
do all the stressful and time-consuming choosing and picking for you based on your chosen preferences.
