II. Degrees of Education.

• October 2004 - July 2008: I graduated from the State University of Tirana, Faculty of History -
Philology, history branch (four years, with disengagement). Diploma title "History Specialist"
with special archive profile. Historical-Archival Diploma Thesis "Kristo Dako and his
Contribution to the Albanian National Movement", Christo Dosso's Archival Fund. With leading
professor, Prof. dr. Nevila Nika.
• November 2011: On completing the academic obligations of full time study program and
thesis defense on 09.11.2011 I graduated in Cultural Heritage at the Faculty of History-
Philology, Department of History, University of Tirana, Master of Second Level (MND in
Cultural Heritage). Microtherapy on "The History of Monument Restoration". "The Master has
been a special project funded by the UNESCO and Icomos High Council."  
• March, 2011: By the Decision of the Council of Professors (No. 478, dated March 30, 2011) of
the Faculty of History-Philology I am admitted to PhD with the theme "History of Restoration of
Cultural Monuments in Albania after World War II" scientific leader Prof.dr. Emin Riza.
• December, 2015: By decision of the jury established at the Department of Archeology and
Cultural Heritage, the Faculty of History and Philology, University of Tirana, obtained the
"Doctor" degree in cultural heritage and archeology. ("Architectural Heritage"). "PhD studies
have been part of a special project funded by the UNESCO and Icomos High Councils.

• August, 2017: Certified "Academic Member" at the Albanian-American Academy of Sciences

and Arts in New York. Sector of national identity, epigraphy and preservation of cultural
monuments (Certification, personal testimony).

• February 2018, gained the recognition or recognition of a doctoral degree from the Kosovo
Ministry of Education.

III. Qualifying scientific and professional training

a. Professional training within the profile.

• Within the history branch I have been pursuing 3 years of special lectures for profiling as a
specialist in Archivism (documentary heritage), I have developed special practices in the Central
State Archive (AQSH), where I have been maximally evaluated. By completing the computer
course with a Bachelor's Degree (valued at 100 points).

• November, 2014. I participated in the Professional Workshop on "Research in Action: A

Teaching Improvement Strategy", Tirana, 2014 (Certificate). Personal Focus Personal Quality
Education of Cultural Heritage.

b. Professional training outside the profile.

 September 2009: I have completed a Basic Training Course for Guarding & Patrolling, near
Rinas Airport, Tirana (I also have a Certificate of Participation for this).
 September 2009: I have completed a basic course for X-Ray Screeners near Rinas Airport. (I
also have a Certificate of Participation for this).
 I have completed a First Assistant Instructor course at the Albanian Red Cross and
received the Certificate of First Aid Instructor, recognized by the European Red Cross.
 Training on HIV / AIDS prevention in Albania. (Certificate issued by Albanian Red Cross,
Tirana branch).
 September 15-17, 2017: I participated in qualifying training for "first aid in case of trauma
from accidents" (Certificate issued by Italian Red Cross, Umbria).
 September 15-17, 2017: I participated in qualifying training on cardiopulmonary massaging
andthe use of the defibrillator (Certificate issued by the Italian Red Cross, Umbria).

IV. Job experience a. Working out of profile.

o November, 2009 - September 2010: I worked near Rinas Airport "Mother Teresa".
Companies (ICTS, Albania), customer care, agent on scanner specialty.

o From 2011 and currently also works as a qualified First Aid Instructor, at the Red Cross
branch of Tirana (Also trainer, activist and volunteer) b. Work experience within profile.
o March 2012 July 2017: I worked as a contracted lecturer at the Aleksander Xhuvani
University at the Faculty of Education Sciences. Lecturer at the Bachelor and Master level as

1. I participated in the National Scientific Conference "Cultural heritage and its place in today's

Albania".

education in the 20th century. XXI "(Elbasan, November 2, 2012) where I presented the

VIII. Other experiences, membership in organizations and projects

 I am an active member of the Albanian Red Cross since 1999. (Certification, reference and
testimony of membership)
 Member of the Association for the Protection of Human Rights. (International evidence).
Coordinator of social projects.
 In 1999-2003, I participated in several social, cultural, educational and community projects
with the Albanian red cross such as: "The project to assist Kosovar emigrants", the project

 "Pear education" (awareness and counseling of young people about sexually transmitted
diseases transmitted, culture on sexual education, humanitarian culture and involvement of
youth in human activities, culture of first aid in the community, blood donation) and many
others. Trained and certified by ARC to implement these projects.
 I have been certified with honorary certificates from the Municipality of Tirana for
Humanism and Community Service, as volunteer of the Albanian Red Cross and
involvement in awareness raising activities.
 I participated in the national contests of first aid as a coach and as a judge during the
competitions. Also, I represented Albania at the Balkan First Aid Competition in Bosnia and
Herzegovina. (team principal and referee).
 Lecturer for Formative Lectures "Professional Ethics of Leadership and Leadership, in
Institutions and Organizations", near the university "A. Xhuvani "for psychologist-institution
institutions, social worker in the institution and probation service.
 Gaining the authorship and the right of four years of teacher training with the accredited
module "National Identity and Knowledge of Cultures", the Jocelyn Center Project and the
Ministry of Education and Sports (2018-2022) The project includes teachers of Albania, the
first group of Elbasan teachers was first trained and certified.
 I have conducted two open educational seminars at "Dardania" College Prishtina with the
students of all branches and staff of the University:
 
o The importance of cultural heritage and identity for the integration of a nation.
o Community volunteering, humanitarian culture and its importance.
