1. 개 요

본 SYSTEM은 WIRE ROPE에 걸리는 하중을 검출하여 모멘트(MOMENT)를 계산․제어하

는 제품으로 다음과 같은 특징이 있습니다.

(1) 후크(HOOK)에 걸리는 하중을 직접 LOAD CELL에서 검출하여 지시하므로 무게(단

위:Kg 혹은 Ton)에 익숙한 작업자에게 손쉽게 정보를 전달할 수 있습니다.

(2) 모멘트(MOMENT)를 백분율 바(BAR)그래픽으로 표시하여 주므로 안전작업 범위의

파악이 용이합니다.

(3) 액정표시모듈(LCD)을 이용하여 표시하므로 선명한 데이터를 운전자에게 제공합니

다.

(4) 크레인 사용조건을 설정키를 사용하여 대화식으로 손쉽게 입력 할 수 있습니다.

(5) 국내 최초로 한국산업안전공단에 검정 합격한 제품으로 신뢰성이 확보되어 있습니

다.
