Calabrian Arancini - Traditional creamy risotto seasoned with a rich tomato sauce and filled with our
signature bolognese ragu and fresh mozzarella. We hand-form these to look like small Sicilian oranges and
coat them in seasoned flour before frying them to golden brown. ey are served on top of a splash of our
fresh marinara. 9
Seared Ahi Tuna Crostini - Grilled baguette points topped with olive tapenade and seared slices of Ahi
tuna. Beautifully accompanied with a drizzle of Meyer Lemon Garlic Aioli. 9
Shrimp Scampi Style - Fresh shrimp sauteed in garlic and deglazed with white wine and finished with butter,
served over our delicious house made pasta. 17
Fettucini Bolognese - Tomato-based sauce loaded with stewed beef, pork, and fresh minced vegetables
cooked down into a rich, hearty sauce. It is served over house-made fettucini pasta. 17

Risotto a la Porcini - Traditional arborio rice, slow cooked with porcini mushrooms, white wine, and

Filo Wrapped Salmon - Fresh salmon filet wrapped in a delicate filo pastry, baked and served over sauteed
spinach and our white wine sauce. 18
Gnocchi a la Osso Bucco - Our fresh house-made fluffy potato dumplings topped with fork-tender veal shank
and the rich sauce it was braised in, finished with mascarpone. 19
Grilled Rib Pork Chop - A fresh, juicy Vande Rose Farm bone-in chop that is grilled on our char-broiler and
served with a yukon gold potato, gorgonzola, and prosciutto gratin, and seasonal vegetable. 20
Chicken Marsala - Pan seared chicken breast in a sweet mushroom Marsala sauce served over creamy
polenta, with seasonal vegetables. 16
