Text past perfect continuous

One day i was at my god parents’ house my father had been cleaning the house all day and I was
playing with my cousins after arrived my god parents, they scolded my cousins because they had
been playing outside and It had been raining all day.

I had been sick all day and they blamed my cousins, I had felt guilty but later they told me that it
wasn't anybody's fault that you didn't feel that way. that same day we went to a park to play, I
could not play much because I was very sick.

I was a long time where my godparents with my father, this place was very beautiful it was a very
spacious place with many trees and animals, there was a dog that always came in the morning to
give us food they call it “huesos" since it was very skinny.

I had been talking to a girl who was almost my age, she seemed very cute and she was a very good
friend  , I also stayed listening to music and watching movies with my dad on boring days when
there was nothing to do we used to go to my godparents 'parents' house and help them with some
trades
my cousins were always scolding they were very fastidious in those times they had been playing
they damaged a window and because of them I received part of the scolding that same day I had
been planning to go see my friend.

Since I lived very far away, I asked my cousins to accompany me but they refused, so I went alone
when I got to her house. It wasn't only the brothers who were talking to us.

later it was too late to leave so I had to stay at their house it was a bit awkward since I was with
her parents
I had been there all afternoon the other morning I left early so as not to disturb everyone
