1. MUST un plug th e power cord wh en th e machine is not in use or no peo ple
operate it .
2. All com ponen ts disassembly must ensure to turn off the power. (H igh pre­
ssure risk)
3. When the power is turned on, the temperature of air gun outlet or iron tips
is 1OO°C-480'C, don't touch metal part of the air gun and solder iron, when
replace nozzle or iron tips,you should turn off the power and cooling to the
room temperature.(High temperature risk)
4. DO NOT use the machine near flammable substance(fire hazard!).
5. DO NOT use the machine In explosive atmospheres.
6. After use the machine ,must be cooling down and then be storage.
7. During operation, the temperature of air gun outlet or iron tips is 1OO'C­
480'C,Must be in the user's line of sight, you know, heat can be conducted
combustible materials.

I. Features
1. This products is designed based on market research needs of three in one tool,
it combines together in one common tool (soldering station, hot air rework,and
power supply for repairing mobile phones), there kind of function can be used
independent switch or simultaneously,it occupies less area,practical and saves
energy, and the product's performance still on going to further improvement.

2. The product uses double-sid ed fiberglass circuit board material,the componen­


ts installation processes are performed orderly to ensure the clarity of electric
signal flow.

3. Soldering iron, Hot air rework station and DC power supply are using independ­
ent dual-core micro-controller,which means they can work independently, when
the problem occurs on one tool it does not affect the others. Dual-core CPU is
used to avoid failures.

4. Soldering iron Hot air rework used for sensor closed loop circuit, micro-comput­
er zero trig ger-co ntrolle d temperature, LED displa y. Larger power, temperatu re
heating go es up quickly, tempera tu re accuracy and stab il ity, avoid to airflow im­

5. Th e sold ering station, Hot air rework's temperature are using Intelligent Fu zzy
PID control, the exact LED digital display temperature of hot air rework and sol­
dering iron. The program keep tracking of the actual temperature of hot air rew­
ork and soldering iron, temperature compensation very qui ckly, this will furth er
enhanced tempe rature stability. Therefore the temperature steady-state error is
relatively small, tem perature compensation s quickly and can adapt to all kinds
of harsh environment ..

6. Hot air rework with sensor swi tch, as lon g as hand grip the handle , the system
can enter into working mo de quickly; hand le releas ed into the handle frame, the
system will enter into standby mode, operating convenie nce, it can prolon g he­
ating elements life and protect the hot air gun .

7. Hot air gun use for high-quality heat ing elements, in the same power, its efficie­

IV. Operating instr uctions

Energy Saving Tlp:

This machine with Soldering station, Hot Air Rework, De power supply of three

functions, when a function is not used, turn off the corresponding power switch,

when all function are not use, turn off the power switch (rear machine).

(A) Hot air rework operation


1. Desolde rin g station wi ll be a good place, conne cted air gu n handle, th e han dle
must be set in th e han dl e ra cks, otherwise air gun wil l not wo rk (it ha s the uniq­
ue securi ty features, effe ctive prevention of air gun in unknown
circumsta nces on hold in other parts of fi re or other accide nts).
2. Connected power supp ly, install the air nozzle of re quire d(to make use of la rge­
diameter nozzl e).
3. Open the ai r gun power switch, display window disp lays " ___ " at th is time desol­
dering station for stan dby.
4. Press button " . "or Press button" ... " to set the te mperature drop up or drop
down to the de si red va lu e then re lease it. On ce the te mperature setup is com p­
lete , the Digital LED con tinu es to displ ay the set value 2s minutes later, an d th ­
en the displa y is maintai ned to rea l temperature value, the desoldering station
will heatin g no rm ally. Adj usted ai r volum e kno b to the ri ght win d, when the te m­
perature sta ble, it will be able to wo rk norm ally.
5. Work is completed, must be put th e ha nd le on the hold er, at this time desol der­
in g will automatic cut off the heati ng curre nt into the bod y to sen d cold air cooli­
ng heating mod e. When the temperature is be low. 100 0

ing station, that means the machine will enter into stan dby mode. Whe n the he­
ater tempe rature below 70°(, the machine ente r into stan dby (whe n there are
interm ittent breeze, it mea ns heater tempe ra ture higher than
70°C. On ly the temperature is actually lower than 70°(, the air supply will stop
workin g).

(8) Soldering Iron operatlon


1. The solderin g iron handle connected, and put the handle on th e iran frame.
2. Open sold ering iron power switch, Press button" • " or Press button" ... " to
set the te mperature drop up or drop down to the desired valu e th en rele ase it.
On.ce the temperature setup is complete, the Digital LED continues to display
th e set value 2s minutes later, an d then the display is maintained to real tempe­
rature value, the desol dering station will heatin g normally. Adjusted air vo lume
kno b to the right wind, when the tem perature stab le, it wil l be abl e to work nor­
mally.

(C)DC Power supply operation


1. Locate the adjustable voltage switch at the front's panel on the bottom right,turn
the kno b to the desired value ( vo ltage ), the can work normally. Whe n using the
power supply load current exceeds rated current (according to models 1A-3A )
ma chine will be autom atica ll y prote cted, whe n the power load current return of
rat ed current for the machines automatically in 1OOus recove ry.

2. Located output / test wave switch at the front 's panel on the bottom right, then
turn the test side, it can be used to test the external test things ' voltage.

(A) Replacement of Hot Air rework heating element (Figure 1)


1. Ensure the Hot Air Rework is fully cooled down before replacing the element.
2. As figure, loosen the two screws on the handle.
3 . Turns the handle component until it comes off and then remove the handle shell
cover.
4. Gently takes out the fan , loosen the three screws to remove the fixed wiring bo ­
ard.
5. The wiring board in turn, apart from the heater wiring board connection cable,
pay attention to the connection location.
6. From the steel tube removed the heating element and cover with mica poler, ca­
reful not broken ground wire of the steel.
7. Wraps well with the new heater mica ,inserted into the tube, the a!tention heater
to install in place.
8. According to the original , location of the connection to connect heater.
9. When the reverse proeess by open bo!tles and handle back .

(B) Replacement ofthe soldering iron's tip and soldering iron heating

core's element (Fig~ )

1. Unscrews the nut NO.1, and then removes the steel tube NO.2, followed by rem­
oving the tip which is going to be replaced .
2. For the replacement of heating core's element can be performed by unscrewing
the plastic cap No.4; pulls out gently the iron heating element NO.6 along with
the circuit board No .7, please carefully and remember the connection of spring
NO .5.
3. The iron core from the circuit board welding ,the replacement of the iron heating
elements, can be install well. Note that the order of the iron heater wire con nec­
tion.

VI. Terms ofUse


1. When turning on the main unit's power, the Hot Air rework's handle must be pla­
ced properlyon the handle 's rack.
2. Please ensure the Hot air's outlet is clear, must free from any blockages or obs­
truction.
3. After usage, the handle must be placed back on the handle 's rack, let the unit
cooling down(temperature gradually decreasing) until it "___ " (Air flow Stop).The
turn off the Hot Air power switch.
4. The unit comes with three standard nozzle sizes : large , medium, small. When
using the smaller nozzle , the Hot air volume must be adjusted to the maximum
rate or set the temperature low and maintain it in a short time, to avoid prolong­
ed use which could damage the Hot air gun.

5. In regards to the usage requirements , choose the appropriate Hot air tip4 , diffe­
rent hot air tip will cause the temperature to be slightly different, and please ma­
intain the distance between the outlet and the object must be at least 2mm.
6. When the saldering iran used for the first time, pay atlention to check the iran tip
warming situation, let it temperature just be able to deepen the tin wire, then the
iran tip layer deposited on the tin, then set to the desire temperature value .
7. Iran Tips temperature is not toa high , high temperature will weaken tip function.
Interval not in use , should be adjusted low temperature.
8. Should clean up iran tip by use of clean sponge period ically, after using it, plea­
se keep it clean , a new tin-plated layer to prevent tip oxidation.

VII. Display Notes


A. When the LED digital displays "--- ", it means the outlet temperature is below
1 oooe, the hot air rework station is in stand by made , and the handle is placed on
the handle's rack .
B. When the LED digital displays "S-E " , it means the saldering iran, Hot air rewor­
k's sensor is having a prablem or handle is un-plugged , if this the case it needs
to replace the heating element(heating core 's element and sensor components) .

VIII. Usage N otes


(A) Use parts note :
1. Only install nozzles when the unit is cool (raom temperature).
2. When the first us e the unit might started initially wi th white smake, but this soon
will ga away.

WARN ING!
1. DO NOT install/Deinstall Nozzles with exce ssive force.
2. DO NOT use pliers to pull the nozzle edge out , DO NOT ti ght the nozzle 's bolt
excessively.
3. DO NOT use unit near flammable gas or liqui d or any combustible material WH­
ATSOEVER especially when usin g the unit in high-temp erature operation.
4. DO NOT face the hot air outlet or touch the saldering Iran to the human body
WHATSOEVER because it is very hot and can instantly burn the skin/body.

(B) Rep lacement Element Atte nti on :


1. Replacement heater, be careful not to damage the grounding line!!
2. Replace the cable should pay attention to the order and color, can not take a w­
rong!!
3. Replace the same type of heater or heating elements!!

The machine are through standa rd testi ng and ag in g testing before shippi ng ,
so some of gun outlet have yellowish are normal.
