Imagery is a potent method of stress reduction, especially when combined with


physical relaxation methods such as deep breathing.
One common use of visualization in relaxation is to imagine a scene, place or
event that you remember as safe, peaceful, restful, beautiful and happy.

 You are instructed to use Visualisation with positive thinking in your lab
practical session or at your home and capture your reflection from your
imagination/visualisation. Present your visualisation work in your lab
class and the same should be uploaded in the V-TOP.
