1、 直立锁边系统围护

Maintenance Manual of SGT standing seam system

直立锁边系统安装完成后，不得随意上人踩踏，不可放置其他重物，避免踩踏造成面
板变形，漆膜脱落。针对屋面系统的维修主要是屋面板的维修。

Once the standing seam system be installed. Shall not be arbitrarily people trample, and
do not put other weights. In order that keep safety of finishing area.

屋面板严重破损时维修：

Repairing of severe damage panels:

当屋面板破损严重时，需要更换屋面板，更换时依据以下步骤：1）、拆除需更换屋
面板两端的泛水板；2）、将更换的面板两个侧立边撬开并更换；3）、安装新的面板；
4）、重新锁边并安装泛水板。示意如下：

We need to change the panels if them be damaged so severe. Change the panel step as
below:

1) Remove the aluminum flashing. 2) Open the two sides of the damaged panel. 3) New
panel install. 4) Lock the sides and install the flashing.

轻微损伤或面漆划伤维修：

Repairing of scratch

当面板轻微破损或漆膜划伤时可采取补刷修补漆进行处理。首先将轻微损伤部位清理
并打磨，有变形位置用原子灰刷平待原子灰完全固化后打磨，最后刷修补漆。示意如
下：

When the panel slightly damaged or film scratches can take fill brush paint repair
processing. First, clean and polish the damaged panel. Second, brush with atomic
ash and polish. At last, brush with repair coating.

2、 防坠落系统的围护

Maintenance Manual of Fall arrest system

因防坠落系统采用不锈钢支架及钢丝连接而成，一般不易破损。若发生损坏，可依据其安
装步骤将固定的螺栓松开，更换损坏原件后再安装好即可。

For fall prevention system adopts stainless steel stents and steel wire connection, so
not easy to damage. In case of damage, we can change each piece follow the
installation step. Just remove and reinstall the screws is ok.
