 Product and service feasibility- The enterprise has been offering a sandwich,

and seafood menu, large drinks along with a unique atmosphere and quality
service. Due to its accessible location, inexpensive food, polite efficient service,
availability of food until midnight has attracted many customers. The Marrone
enterprise has also made much profit than past years in liquor market. Therefore,
it shows that Marrone enterprise has both product and service feasibility.
 Industry/ Market feasibility- It mainly attracts the business community,
shoppers, and outgoing people for meals. There is availability of ample parking
for those people who are not located in immediate vicinity. It also provides local
dinner seating for less than 75 walking distance people. The location of business
allows the customer to have perfect place to spend some quality time with all
groups of people. Marrone Enterprise offers competitively priced bigger drink
and during weeknights will offer a very attractively priced food special. It has
many competitors around the market serving the same facility.
 Organizational feasibility- As a manager Joe’s job included; hiring and firing
of all personnel, ordering of all food and liquor, inventory control and analysis
and power of attorney. He also converted dining operation to a pub/styled
operation for the market sustainability. Therefore, in overall direction and
expansion, a Board of Directors has been formed to identify new potential
customers and to run the organization smoothly.

 Financial feasibility- In starting with loan of $100,000 to purchase equipment


and inventory. This sum, together with $40,000 equity investment of principals
will be sufficient to finance transition through the growing phase so that business
can have profitable enterprise. Their main strategy is to increase customers by
providing quality products rather than earning more profit.
 This idea can work in Nepal, as there is less seafood market. The existing market
are very expensive and available in few places only. Therefore, this market can
have competitive market in Nepal. As nowadays, people prefer to go out for
lunch, relaxing, and fun for pubs. Mainly the youths can be the target consumer
for this market.
 The areas that need to be improved can be use of online booking reservation
system for those people who are not located in immediate vicinity.
