Intro:

Apli.ai ( Apli AILab Pvt Ltd ) is a platform focused on bridging the gap between colleges and
companies by streamlining campus placements.

Its similar to a Phonepe/Google pay for placements where its is a platform to improve user
experience.

Problems trying to solve:

Companies:
1. Companies have a fixed operational cost and time which limits them from exploring
2. Finding the contact details/Connects of Each campus is a tedious task and then
travelling there for campus placements
3. They tend to visit only few campuses nearby

Colleges:
There are two major problems of colleges:
1. Bringing companies to campus (If they don't have good ranking and location)
2. Managing the Placements Efficiently
- Poor Data management
- Providing experience to students
- Mostly don't get Offer letter and have to reach out to students for the same

Students:
1. Resume is their first impression and not aware how to build an efficient one
2. Going to companies and giving interviews is a hectic job
3. They rely on college for jobs and that doesn't happen in most of the college’s
4. Giving best interview is just a dream for them

- This type of college have good placements but the user experience is not upto the mark
- Placement management becomes a tedious task for them

2. Normal Colleges ( Location and Ranking Barrier )
