INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Reply to all the tasks on your computer.
2. Read the questions or instructions with concentration before you respond by following the
instructions.
3. Make sure that you have saved all your files properly.

TASK
You have a budget of R8500, 00 to compile a virtual computer system for a small office.
The computer system must cover all four areas of computing, namely:
 Input hardware
 Output hardware
 Processing
 Storage.

֍Please note that a printer is not required.

֍Also note that the operating system software and application software will be provided by
the system administrator and is not your concern in this project.
You may use the internet to put this computer system together. Possible web sites are
www.incredible.co.za or hp.com/za/e-smartguide, but you can search where ever you
want. Open a file and save your virtual computer. Mention the price of the hardware
where applicable from 2 different suppliers in South African Rand (R). Label all the
different computer areas clearly.

You will have a total of 2 periods to complete this task. Date due: 29/05/2020
Use the time to the best of your ability.
