roots operational experience with large scale farm and Tea estate operations, Small enterprises and broad
acre farming. He has held numerous station level positions throughout the country as Country manger
Caritas Programmes. Country manager Human Resource development head of Department, He has also
worked with Sri Lankan Companies Access engineering, HTF and UN Organizations like EU / ECHO
Projects and other projects INGO, Care International, Oxfam, Chrysalis, as consultancy and agricultural
investment services to the institutional investor market and has strong quantitative and analytical skills
which he applies to market research, business planning and investment evaluations.

Siyon has extensive expertise in conducting industry consultations and compiling and analyzing the

Siyon has assisted in the development and implementation of an international agricultural investment
strategy on behalf of a Norwegian Food Security fund, as well as market and financial analysis of a range
of agricultural investments for potential investors.

Siyon has also been involved with the evaluation of agricultural development options on behalf of several
companies in Sri Lanka and Investors, looking to maximize the returns from the water by-product of
operations. In addition, Siyon has recently design and managed 36 Project on behalf of 17 Organizations
including Ministry of mega police and western development. In his role as Managing Director, Siyon is
responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of CSTMC and leads the Strategic and Business
Planning for CSTMCs management and consultancy clients.

Siyon also responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s knowledge-base, including the
indexes of rural land values in Sri Lanka, namely the Sri Lankan Small holding Tea Property Index and
the Sri Lankan Rural Land Value Index. Siyon is also responsible for publication of CSTMCs assessment
papers and the Rural Investors Small holder tea producers. and tract records such as:
