THE 9 Step Framework To Reading People Instantly

People sub communicate all the time –

their words say one thing but what they mean is completely di erent.

Understanding subcommunication is very powerful!

When I was younger I had a lot of people who were very nice to my face but often
extremely negative towards me behind my back. I felt so stupid when I realized

how people actually felt about me that I vowed never to make the same mistake
again.

In this video I am going to introduce a framework for reading people - this is my

own framework based on lots of research and combining what I found is very

important -

I call it:

The FABS BREWS framework

This is a framework that highlights what to pay attention to - interpreting that is

the next step:

THE FABS BREWS FRAMEWORK:

1. Face - facial expressions are the key to showing emotions. When we feel

something our micro-muscles adjust our face in so many di erent ways to

communicate emotions.

2. Auditory- tone, pitch, loudness and more.

Many children know this instinctively - when a parent or guardian calls their
name sweetly or harshly - same name - di erent tone - di erent meaning!

3. Body - Your body subtly conveys so much, we dont just communicate with our

face! Did you know that where you point your feet communicates something for

example!

4. Shift - What has changed suddenly - changes are in reaction to something

5. Baseline - Having a standard baseline from which to judge people from

6. Respiratory - Their breathing - how is this shifting

7. Eyes - Our eyes indicate our thinking

8. Words - Close to the end because these can be deceptive however noticing

patterns in the language can be powerful

9. Skin - Skin tone - how does this change- blushing is an excellent example of

this concept.

I will touch on these in my video – and if you would truly like to master this skill –
