MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 38 s. 2020

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ENTRY OF TRICYCLES FROM NEIGHBORING TOWNS DURING THE
COMMUNITY QUARANTINE PERIOD.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Pililla, Rizal that:

SECTION 1. Application – This Ordinance shall apply to all tricycles with franchise issued by other
Municipality/City

SECTION 2. Prohibited Act –Entry of tricycle, with franchise issued by other Municipality/City, within the
territorial jurisdiction of Pililla, Rizal. The entry shall be considered “Out of Line” based on their
franchise.

SECTION 3. Exceptions –

A. Medical Purposes – Provided, that proper documentary proof shall be presented to the
Municipal Law Enforcers.
B. Food Delivery – Provided, that the driver shall present the “food pass” issued by their respective
Municviplaity.
C. Other Essential Services – Provided, that proper documentary proof shall be presented to the
Municipal Law Enforcers.

SECTION 4. Penalty – A penalty of Three Hundred (P 300.00), shall be imposed for every violation of this
Ordinance.
