I am a sixth form student currently studying BTEC Media Studies. I am a motivated, disciplined and
hardworking individual who is seeking opportunities for part time work and work experience that will allow
me to gain employment skills I can use in the future.

I was responsible for taking care of prospective and current parents and students during parent’s evening
and open evenings; I showed parents and students around and answered any questions they had about the
school as well as my own school experience.
Skills used: strong verbal communication, customer service, a professional attitude to work, friendly and
polite manner.
I carried out administrative duties for the Maths Department through liaising between teachers and
teaching support staff by preparing their classroom resources.
Skills used: strong verbal and written communication, excellent team work ethic, organised and time
management, a professional attitude to work.
I had work experience at Lifetime Learning at Canary Wharf, where I was in an office environment with a
large group. My role in the group was to call schools and keep track of student’s attendance and
punctuality and enter the data into the database.
