In making Nick’s Suman De Cassava product.

Ingredients:

 Cassava
 Cheese
 Salt
 Peanuts
 Powdered Milk
 Egg
 Baking Powder
 Coconut Milk
 Sugar

Instructions:
1. Graze the peeled Cassava
2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
3. Then coat it with banana leaves in estimated sales
4. Steam it for 1 hour or more
5. Let it cook then it is ready to be served.
