Zoom meeting will be opened 10 minutes before time, and participants will be admitted 5 minutes before
time. Be punctual.
Students are refrained from sharing the Zoom credentials to others who are not official members of the
class.
Ensure that your participant/guest name follows this format: Surname, First Name Middle Initial (e.g., Dela
Cruz, Juan M.)
Video should be "ON" at all times
Audio will be on "Mute" but you will have the capability to "Unmute" yourself when needed
It is advised that you use headphones or earphones with mic to avoid unnecessary background noise
Permission is required when leaving the screen, but the video should be left "ON"
There will be a 15-minute off-screen time in between the hours
Class will wrap-up 5 minutes before the time
Finally, video or audio recording of the class/lecture is strictly prohibited!
HOUSE RULES
- Turn on video at all times
- CR (chat Sir privately, don’t wait for permission but remain your video on)
- Be in a bright spot so Atty. could see
- Wear earphones or headphones with microphone
- Recit every meeting
- Synchronous and asynchronous sessions (for submission of requirements)
- Link will open 10 mins before or exactly 7 PM
- No recording of lecture allowed

- Classes: Zoom
- Laptop/tablet allowed
- GDrive & BB for submissions
BB Training
GRADING
- Incentive points for perfect attendance (added to class standing grade)
- Incentive points for extra-curricular activities (University-sanctioned activities)
- No failure due to absences
- Quizzes (announced/unannounced, synchronous/asynchronous)
- Class standing: Attendance, Quizzes, Recitation
REQS
- Case digests of every case that were discussed, submit to Blackboard/GDrive.
- Cases may or may not be discussed
- READ FULL TEXT!!!!
- Recit: clean desk rule (no book/codal/tablet). Handwritten rules allowed. Face the camera while reciting (NO
READING EXERCISE).
- No required books (read as much as you can)
