Introduction to Hemair

indulged themselves in designing the plumbing designing of malls,
apartments, theatres and high raised buildings. They are also into
production of VRF(Variable Refrigerant Flow) units and VRV units.
They not only produce these equipment, they also work as consultants in
designing and installing these equipment.
History
After 5years the Hemair Systems India Limited started their 2 nd unit of
Filter production (HEPA & ULPA) in Bolaram district of
Hyderabad. This plant was dedicated to produce different types of
filters.

Chennai, Bengaluru & Mysore etc. The company is maintain its brand
value from 1996 till now.

blower, Fans, HVAC Ducts, valves, etc. They have a huge product

southern and western part of India which are as follows. All these
clients belong to mainly pharma industries. Only 30 to 35% are from
commercial segment.

Business Strategy
Hemair Systems India Limited (HSIL) are basically into B2B marketing
where they only deal with the commercial segment or companies in the
market. They are the producer of the Clean Room Technology products
which are completely unique in the market.

Operational Process
The Marketing Dept. is responsible for dragging new projects into the
scope of the company. Again this department is divided into 2 groups.
One group is sales group who go for presentation and customer contact.
The back office group follow up with the customers and make cold call
to new customers.
Other than these they have a different Consulting team which gives
solution in HVAC planning and project execution. Again they have a
committee which includes 5 board members. The HR team and finance
team at the head office regulates all the departments. The total number of
employees may end up with 2000 which include 700 skilled labors and
1300 unskilled labors.
