planning and development, as well as other relevant matters related to the subject.

To be able to:

1. Understand the underlying concepts, principles and procedure for an effective

2. Correlate the knowledge gain to practical and real scenario.
3. Demonstrate a skill in crafting an institutional plan based on the knowledge gained.
