REPORT ON THE ORIENTATION OF PARENTS ON BLENDED LEARNING MODALITIES

I. Introduction
The Lower Usugan Elementary School conducted a orientation of
the parents in the different learning modalities. In preparation for the school
opening this coming October 5, 2020.

The orientation aims to provide awareness of the parents on the

learning delivery modalities that school can adopt for this school year2020-
2021; to orient the parents on implementing Health Protocols for them to
know what to do in entering the school campus and to ensure that their
children still same kind of care that we gave them while we were doing face
to face classes.

II. Rationale
The orientation of the parents conducted on the different learning
modalities it aims to:
a. capacitates teachers on how to deliver the modules
b. to promote awareness among parents on the different learning modalities
c. to prepare both teachers and parents on the conduct of the modules learning.

III. Action Steps

A. Planning
Covid 19 pandemic has brought stress, fear, anxiety to the teachers and
learners around the world. Lower Usugan Elementary School is ready to
face whatever the challenge covid19 may bring:

Prior to the conduct of parents orientation the faculty and staff together
with PTA officials convene in the school and discuss the matters in
relevant of the preparation of the opening classes.
We organize the covid task force to ensure the safety of all learners,
teachers and parents and the community amidst the pandemic that we are
facing today.

Resourcing of the budget was discussed to purchase of the following:

a. washstand b. thermo scanner c. alcohol/sanitizer d. disinfectant e. pep

Teachers are assigned to prepare modules to be used for the parents

orientation and cleaning of all the school surroundings, Mr. Macala the
