DISCUSSION ON ELECTRICAL:
The following points are discussed and concluded.
Transformer location is decided to plan near to existing PCC, in plot no.51A ZEN

New PCC room to be planned in existing DG room which is available in plot 51A. New PCC to ZEN
be ordered. The feeder for existing PCC will go from NEW PCC.

Once the new transformer is placed, existing transformer to be dismantled. ZEN

The capacity of new transformer will be suitable for the total site requirement [ 51A & 51B]

One more DG to be located near to the new PCC, apart from the existing DG. ZEN
The segregation of DG loads to be done in such a way that all UTILITY loads to be part of one
DG and second DG to be planned to cater only PROCESS loads.

All MCC panels related to 3A and 3R block are to be planned at terrace of 3R block . ZEN

The current contract Maximum Demand of existing plant is 900 KVA, which needs to be ZEN
enhanced once the load calculations are finalized, before going for commissioning.

The Cable Tray routing from New PCC to MCCs will be along existing south side road. ZEN
