IV. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course deals with the history and the system of penology and corrections and its
role in criminal justice system.

Grading System:
The Midterm Course Grade shall be based on the average of the Preliminary and
Midterm Grade
The Final Term Grade shall be based on the average of the Semi-Final and Final
Grades
The Final Course Grade shall be based on the average of the Midterm Course
Grade and Final Term Grade
