Magalang Residential Project Home Owners Association INC.
I, the undersigned representative and on behalf of the organizers thereof, hereby

(a) to change its corporate name in the event another person, firm or entity
has acquired a prior right to the use of the said name or one similar to it;
and,
(b) to comply with all rules and regulations issued by the Housing and Land
