Team Registration Guidelines for BAJA SAEINDIA 2020, Punjab

A.Online Submission of Documents:

1. The teams need to submit the below mentioned documents scanned copy at
bajasaeindiacommunications@saeindia.org by 1st March’20 (Saturday) before 23:59 HRS.
• File 1: Govt. ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License etc.) of all the team members
• File 2: College ID Card of all the team members
• File 3: Indemnity Bond (As per the guidelines mentioned at Forum)
• File 4: Original Driving License of Driver and Co-Driver
• File 5: SAEINDIA ID Cards of all the team members
• File 6 (Optional): Any letter of Deviation approved by BAJA (Change of Faculty, Captain
etc.)

2. The file name format of the documents should be:

• File 1: “TeamID_CarNo._CollegeName_GovtIDProof_PUTRD”
• File 2: “TeamID_CarNo._CollegeName_CollegeIDCard_PUTRD”
• File 3: “TeamID_CarNo._CollegeName_IndemnityBond_PUTRD”
• File 4: “TeamID_CarNo._CollegeName_DrivingLicenses_PUTRD”
• File 5: “TeamID_CarNo._CollegName_SAEINDIAIDCARDS_PUTRD”
• File 6 (Optional): “TeamID_CarNo._CollegeName_DeviationLetters_PUTRD”

3. Subject of the mail should be strictly in the below mentioned format:

“TeamID_CarNo_CollegeName_BAJA SAEINDIA 2020, Punjab_ TRD”

4. The teams should clearly mention the Team ID, Car No., College Name, College Location,
Captain Name, Captain Contact No. in the email body.

5. The scanned file(s) size should not exceed more than 10 MB overall.

Note:
1) The onsite registration of the teams is 1st March 2020 at 09:00 HRS as communicated.
2) The teams will be sent a confirmation mail about the successful online submission of documents.
3) The teams need to carry the print out of the successful online submission confirmation mail and submit
it at the respective registration bay as per the slotting depicted below.

4) Any member of the team can submit the confirmation mail printout and obtain the registration kit of the
respective team. In case any team member is appearing for BAT, they can allot any member from the team
to submit the confirmation mail printout and then collect the team kit from the allotted respective bay.

5) No transport arrangements would be available to reach the event site on 5th March
2020.

6) The teams are required to carry all the original documents on site on 6th and 7th March, 2020.

7) The Coordinators shall reach out to your respective pits for verification and submission of the
documents required.

8) If any unregistered team member(s) are found during the verification process at site, the team may be
subject to disqualification subject to BAJA OC’s decision.

9) Any visitor from the team’s side will be registered after 14:00 HRS on 6th March 2020.

10) Teams to maintain discipline during the Registration process. Any team found making chaos is subject
to penalty/disqualification based on BAJA OC’s decision.
