47 CHANGE IN THE SUPPLY METHOD FOR SIDE DOORS

Side doors used to be sold complete, with the panel and structure assembled.
They are now supplied in two parts which will need to be ordered separately according to the part numbers
shown in the table below :

- FLH door Part : 60 25 092 039= structure Part : 60 25 008 591+ panel Part : 60 25 000 177
- FRH door Part : 60 25 092 038 = structure Part : 60 25 008 592 + panel Part : 60 25 000 176
- RLH door Part : 60 25 092 041 = structure Part : 60 25 008 439 + panel Part : 60 25 000 179
- RRH door Part : 60 25 092 040= structure Part : 60 25 008 438 + panel Part : 60 25 000 178

NOTE :

There is no change for bare panels.

No change in the labour time :

To standardise the method of replacement with that of later models, the X63X and JE0X :
- Fit the door structure to the vehicle and adjustments made to the door frame, door lock and door seal.
