OTR Field Engineer

Location: India

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide sales support: technically support and help the sales team to achieve the

company's sales goals, and perform basic surveys of customer-oriented and end-user

application surveys; produce product performance certificates for use by customers and

sales teams.

2. Use field tracking in after-sales to optimize product performance, and to benchmark

product performance to the extent that it can expand potential sales opportunities.

3. Participate in trade shows, dealer exhibitions, and trade association meetings on behalf of

MAXAM International to increase customer awareness of brands, product availability, and

applicability.

4. Provide technical support to customers: Support customers by providing training in

product provision and correct application. According to the existing product range, propose

customer solutions across different applications, conduct claim investigations, determine

causes and responsibilities, and guide customers End user prevention.

5. Provide support to the engineer team: proactively provide feedback to the engineering

manager according to the requirements of existing products and new products; manage /

implement the product development plan to expand the scope of support for the engineer

team.

6. Regularly go to major international markets for investigation and research.

7. Strong learning ability, good communication and coordination ability, positive working

attitude.

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry.

2. Tire field service experience and OTR tire related expertise.

3. English can be working language.
