DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed is made and entered into by and in between __________________,of

legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident

_________________________, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR and
__________________________________________ likewise, all of legal age, Filipino
citizen, married and a resident of ________________________________, hereinafter
referred to as the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the Donor is the absolute owner of a certain parcel of land describe and
bounded as follows:

along line 1-2 by Lot 54, Pls-962; on the E., along lines 2-3-4-5
by Lots 782 & 339, Pls-962; on the S., along line 5-6 by Lot 157,
Pls-962; on the W., along line 6-1 by Lot 57, Pls-962; & from
point 1 by Lot 56, Pls-962 with an area of 4, 481 square meters
more or less..”

That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the
DONEE, the said DONOR by these presents CEDES, TRANSFER and CONVEYS, by
way of donation inter vivos, unto said Doneea portion of the above described real
property with an area of 1, 481 square meters more or lessconsidered to be under the
law as his share, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this
donation, that he has reserved unto himself in full ownership other property sufficient to
support him in a manner appropriate to his station.

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE does hereby accepts the foregoing donation of a portion of the
above described property for which he expresses his sincerest appreciation and
gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR.
