Mobile banking has significantly impacted customer satisfaction in the banking industry. A study was conducted interviewing 200 customers of different banks on their experience with mobile banking services. The results showed that customers were highly satisfied with the convenience and accessibility of conducting banking transactions anytime anywhere through their mobile devices.
